BEEF STROGANOFF 
Brown small beef pieces in 2 tablespoons fat with one clove garlic, crushed, if desired. Cook until brown and tender. Also, cook with diced onion.

Combine:

1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add to meat and heat.

Poppy seed noodles

Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon poppy seed to drained, cooked noodles. Toss together. Serve beef stroganoff over noodles.
