1/2 head lettuce pieces, broken
Fresh mushroom slices
Chopped scallions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sliced avocado
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Toss above with dressing just before serving. Dash of pepper 1/4 tsp. Tabasco 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil

Mix together dressing ingredients.
