SPINACH FONDUE (THE BEST) 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 stick butter
1/2 to 2/3 c. green onions
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 pkgs. Alouette cheese or other spiced whipped cheese
1 stick sharp cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms

Cook spinach as directed on package, cool, drain and squeeze out as much water as possible. Saute onions in butter and Worcestershire sauce, (green peppers also, if desired). Add cheeses and mushrooms and spinach. Simmer 20 minutes or so. Can be done ahead of time and reheated. What a FEAST!
