CORN DOGS 
1 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lb. frankfurters
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

Combine dry ingredients. Add water, egg, and oil. Mix well. Dip frankfurters in batter and let excess batter drain into bowl. Fry in heated fat, 2 to 3 minutes until browned, turning once. Drain.
