TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1 can kidney beans
1 c. water
1 pt. tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper

In large heavy pot, brown turkey; pour off any excess fat. Add onion, green peppers. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans, water, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder and red pepper. Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with crackers.
