TUNA WITH TOMATOES AND PARSLEY
AND SHELLS
 
5 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
parsley, dried
1 lg. can Italian plum tomatoes
2 (6 1/2 oz. ea.) cans tuna in olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 lb (. box medium pasta shells

Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and sauté. Stir in parsley and cook 1/2 minute. Mix in tomatoes (crush with hands) reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile cook shells according to package directions. Drain tuna and break into small pieces and put in tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Drain shells put in large bowl. Pour in tuna mixture. Tastes good with grated Italian cheese.

Serves 6.
