HUNGARIAN SHORT RIBS 
4 lb. beef short ribs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 med. onions, sliced
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. (4 1/4 c.) med. noodles

Brown meat in oil, add onions. While meat is browning mix remaining ingredients in bowl, pour over meat. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Cook noodles, serve meat over noodles.
