KRAUT PASTRY 
1 pkg. frozen rolls
1 can corned beef
Swiss or cheese of choice
1 (15 oz.) can chopped or shredded sauerkraut
1 egg, beaten
1 grated onion (optional)

Roll out rolls like for fried pies, use flour to roll out. Mix all the remaining ingredients together except for the egg. Place a large spoonful of the mixture on each rolled out roll and fold over and pinch the end together to seal. Take the beaten egg and brush on top of each pastry. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
