CHOCOLATE-COVERED STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
whole fresh strawberries

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Add 1/2 cup chocolate pieces (melted) and 1 egg. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. Chill. Combine remaining chocolate pieces and butter; melt over low heat until smooth. Cool. Cut washed strawberries in half and arrange on pie. Drizzle chocolate mixture over berries. Chill.

Serves 8.
