SALMON CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower

White Sauce:

1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 lb. can salmon, flaked
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook cauliflower. Make white sauce and cheese. Grease casserole. Add cauliflower and salmon. Cover with sauce and add bread crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.
