1/2 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup
1/2 jar Wishbone Russian dressing
1/2 jar apricot preserves

Combine all ingredients. Place as many pieces of chicken in a deep casserole dish as you need. On top of the chicken pour this mixture. Bake at 325-350 degrees with the lid on. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid off. May serve over rice or noodles.

May also be cooked in a microwave oven. Would not take the lid off in a microwave oven. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until chicken is not pink (probably about 23 minutes). After half the cooking time, turn chicken, rearrange and spoon sauce over it. Makes 8 servings.
