JUNGLE JIMS 
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 (8 oz.) bag of mini marshmallows

Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Then add marshmallows, nuts, vanilla and salt. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan lightly greased with butter. Cool at room temperature and slice in chunks.
