CARAMEL PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk

Sauce: 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. boiling water

Or for chocolate use: 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. boiling water

Blend sauce mix until smooth. Use buttered bake dish. Beat cake batter until smooth. Spread in baking dish. Gently pour sauce over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
