MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs, beaten with fork
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 pkg. crackers or more, crushed

Mix ingredients together except onion until soupy. Add 1/2 of the onion and add crackers. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Smooth catsup on top of meat and add rest of onion. Put 3 holes in top of meat loaf and fill with water and put a little water in bottom of dish along with a little catsup. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until meat is done.
