CHICKEN PUFFS 
2 c. chicken, finely chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) aged natural Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Mayonnaise
Petite cream puffs

Combine chicken, celery, onion, cheese, mustard, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. Cut tops from petite cream puffs and fill with chicken mixture; replace tops. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
