BISCIOTTA (ITALIAN COOKIES) 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or flavoring
3 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour

Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown. Frost when cool, if desired. NOTE: Dough is very soft.
