ISLAND CELERY CASSEROLE 
4 c. celery, 1/2 inch
1/4 c. pimento
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can chicken soup
Almonds or bread crumbs, butter

Slice celery in 1/2 inch pieces. Boil 8 minutes; drain and combine with pimento cut in small pieces, sliced chestnuts and celery or chicken soup. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with almonds or bread crumbs. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
