CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
40 pecan halves

Cream butter. Add cheese, salt, pepper and flour. Roll into small balls and press pecan half on top of each to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 40 biscuits.
