NUT CARMALLOW FUDGE 
1 (14.3 oz.) pkg. caramel frosting mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Combine frosting mix, butter, orange juice and peel in saucepan; stir over low heat 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and glossy. Remove from heat and fold in nuts and marshmallows. Pour into oiled 9"x5"x3" pan and let stand until set. Cut into squares.
