CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
1 can crescent rolls
4 oz. shredded Cheddar
5 tomato slices

Brown beef and onion with pepper. Saute zucchini and green pepper in 2 tablespoons water for 5 minutes. Stir in dill.

Separate crescent rolls into triangles and press into pie pan. Spoon meat in, then 1/2 cup cheese, then zucchini mixture, then tomatoes.

Bake 375 degrees 10 minutes. Sprinkle final 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake 15 minutes more. Garnish with sour cream.
