FRUITED SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. cooked white fish
1 c. cooked med. shrimp
1 can crab meat
3 tangerines or oranges peeled, seeded and cut into bite size pieces
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. toasted coconut (optional)
Curry dressing

Mix all ingredients except coconut and dressing together. Add curry dressing and toss. Chill until serving time. Serve on crisp lettuce. Top with toasted coconut if desired. Serves: 6 to 8.
