HOT SAVORY CABBAGE 
Steam 5 cups shredded cabbage until wilted but still bright green, drain.

Mix together:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. lite salad oil
1 tbsp. horseradish

Pour over cabbage, toss to mix. Serve immediately.
