WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. wild rice
1/2 c. long grain rice
1 can consomme (chicken)
1 lg. can mushrooms drained or fresh (sliced)
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 can (soup) water
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
