HAMBURGER PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions

Cook and stir hamburger until brown. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and onion. Spread in pie crust. Beat egg and milk.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over beef mixture and bake until crust is golden about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
