DONUT HOLES | |
Take regular dairy case biscuits (not flaky kind), divide each biscuit into three parts. Roll each part by hand into a firm ball. Drop into hot oil, do not crowd, and cook until a golden brown. Allow to cool and drain on paper towel. Glaze: Mix 1 cup confectioners' sugar with 1 tablespoon milk to start. Continue adding milk by teaspoons to achieve correct consistency of glaze. Place donut hole on wire rack, with waxed paper underneath. Drip glaze over donut holes. |
