DELICIOUS BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries or 1 carton
9 inch pie shell

Bet first 6 ingredients for 5 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. chopped pecans

With fork mash butter and flour. When crumbly add pecans. After 25 minutes sprinkle topping. Bake 10 more minutes.
