RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE

1 yellow or lemon cake mix

Make as directed on box and pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured cake pan.

Mix well the following ingredients:

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Spoon cheese mixture over top of cake batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
