STEAMED BLUE CRABS 
1/2 c. seafood seasoning
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. shrimp/crab boil (optional)
3 c. vinegar
3 c. water (or beer)
3 dozen live Maryland crabs

Mix seasonings, vinegar and water (or beer) well. Put half of crabs in very large pot with rack and tight fitting lid. Pour half of seasoning mix over top. Add rest of crabs and remaining of seasoning mix. Steam covered until crabs turn bright red, about 20 or 30 minutes. Remove immediately from pot and serve!
