PUMPKIN ICE CREAM 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients, pour in graham cracker crust. Freeze.
