QUICHE LORRAINE 
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 lg. onion, diced and cooked in fat from bacon
Salt and pepper
Unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly; add cream and beat. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
