1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts

Mix ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, then let cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 (med. size) bowl Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

2 boxes of your favorite instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix well until smooth and thick and spread onto the cream mixture in the pan. Spread 1 medium sized bowl Cool Whip on the pudding in the pie pan. Let set in refrigerator for 2 hours for maximum taste.
