3 c. master mix
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts or chocolate chips

Blend, drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.

NOTE: For Oatmeal Cookies, omit vanilla, increase water to 1/2 cup, and add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup quick oats. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
