BEST EVER CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chili powder (add more to your own taste)
2 tsp. salt

In Dutch oven or large pan cook beef, onion, pepper, and celery until meat is brown; drain off grease. Drain liquid from kidney beans, reserving liquid. Add beans and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1-1 1/2 hours.

If desired, add kidney bean liquid if it is too thick. It is also delicious cooked in a crock pot on simmer all day. Remember to drain grease from meat. Makes 8 servings.
