1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and cocoa on low heat, remove from stove and pour over sugar. Beat. Add eggs and beat. Add nuts, mix. Add flour, vanilla, and salt and beat. Spoon into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and put marshmallows on top and put back into oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Mix icing.

ICING:

1 box X-sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter and cocoa, add milk and sugar; mix. Pour over cake. Place in refrigerator or let stand until icing settles. Cut into squares and serve.

Adjustment to above if you wish to save some time: Use a double fudge brownie mix instead of making brownie mixture from scratch. Mix according to directions on package and bake. Apply marshmallows and icing as above.
