MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
Lg. carton Cool Whip
Fudge sauce

Mix water and butter; boil. Add flour all at once and stir fast until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time, with a spoon. Spread in ungreased 11x15 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Make pudding according to directions on box, beat in cream cheese. Spread on crust. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top with Cool Whip. At the time of serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Serves 20.
