2 eggs
2 c. chopped pears
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 pinch nutmeg
2 c. self rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs in oil until foamy. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in tube pan 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
