RAW PEAR CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. thin sliced pears
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well. Stir in pears. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in tube pan. Cool 10 minutes. Frost with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, mixed with 2-4 tablespoons milk.
