CHICKEN PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

CHICKEN MIXTURE:

1 lb. chicken, chopped and cooked
Miracle Whip for desired consistency
Salt and pepper
Chopped onion (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water and butter to rolling boil in 1 quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Drop dough by teaspoon a couple of inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake until puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Cut off tops of puffs and fill with chicken mixture.

CHICKEN MIXTURE: Cook and chop chicken. Add Miracle Whip until desired consistency along with salt and pepper. May also add chopped onion.
