VENUS DEMILO'S SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 qt. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped
1 (14 oz.) can medium tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. reg. cut frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. orzo
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine in soup pot browned beef, chicken broth, water, onion soup mix, celery and mushrooms. Boil for 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, frozen veggies. Boil for another 15 minutes. Add orzo and cook for 10 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce. Serve in bowl. Great with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and some warmed rolls or crusty bread.
