CHICKEN SALAD 
8 oz. chicken, cubed
3/4 c. celery
3/4 c. pineapple tidbits with juice (in its own juice)
12 lg. grapes, halved
3 tbsp. light or fat free mayonnaise
2 c. cooked ring macaroni
1/8 c. green pepper, minced
1/8 c. radishes, minced
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1/4-1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash or seasoned salt

Mix together and chill 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
