MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
4 c. plain flour
1 lb. butter
10 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter (by hand). Add sugar and mix well. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time and mix. Add nuts and vanilla. Shape like almonds and bake in 325 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes while warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.
