MOCHA CHEESE PIE 
2 env. plain gelatin
2 c. water
2 tsp. instant coffee
4 pkgs. low calorie chocolate drink
1 tsp. vanilla
6 pkgs. sweetener
4 tsp. cocoa
1 c. part skim milk ricotta

In small saucepan, soft gelatin in 1/2 cup water over medium heat until dissolved. Pour into blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend. Pour into an 8" pie plate. Refrigerate until set. Makes 4 servings. Each serving counts as 1 protein, 1 milk, 5 calories. May vary the taste by using vanilla or strawberry drink and different flavorings.
