MOSTACCIOLI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread (sliced)

Brown meat; drain. Add green peppers and onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and seasonings. Layer half of noodles, meat sauce and cheese; spread in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.

Repeat layer of noodles and meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Continue baking until cheese melts.
