PEACH DESSERT 
1 baked pie shell
4-5 peaches
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
3 tbsp. orange Jello

Peel and slice peaches into pie shell. Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan. Let it come to a boil. Boil 2 or 3 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons orange Jello to hot mixture and stir. Pour over sliced peaches. Place in refrigerator. Add Cool Whip when served.
