CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk

Using a 9 x 13 inch pan: Mix chicken, vegetables, 1/2 of the shredded cheese and onions. Blend together milk and soup and pour over above ingredients. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions over top. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
