APPLE CRUMB PIE 
3 c. thinly sliced tart apples or 1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, well drained
1 (8 oz.) unbaked pie shell
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Arrange apple slices in pie shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Mix flour, brown sugar, spices together. Spread over top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
