OREO COOKIE CAKE 
26 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Topping:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press and freeze in 9x13-pan. Soften 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Spread over Oreo bottom. Refreeze. Heat topping ingredients until melted. Cool 20 minutes. Spread or pour over ice cream cake.
