APPLE TAPIOCA 
1/2 c. pearl tapioca
2 c. water
6 apples, peeled and cored
1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
1/4 c. butter

Soak tapioca according to box and then drain. Bring water to a boil and add tapioca. Boil until clear and thick, stirring often.

Cut apples into eighths and place in a 8x8" casserole. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Pour hot tapioca over all.

Bake 1/2 hour at 350°F or until apples are done.
