LATTICE - TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Durkee seasoned salt
2 c. (10 oz.) chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed & well drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spread mix in greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions, bake 3-5 minutes until cheese melts and onions lightly brown. Makes 6 servings.
