KIELBASA WITH WINE SAUCE 
2 lbs. Kielbasa
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Kielbasa, cook, cool and slice into bite-size pieces. Combine catsup, wine vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and heat in a saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes. Combine sauce with Kielbasa and marinate overnight. Reheat and serve.
